Platinum Educational Group and any associated providers of this service do their best to provide you with excellent customer service.

We also recognize that there will be times when our service may not meet your needs.

A refund will be issued for the following reasons:

  • If the client finds he or she is unable to use this service due to technical issues.*
  • If the client discovers during the first 10 days that they are not enrolled in the correct program.*

*All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. All requests for refunds must have occurred within 30 days of signing up. We also must have a record that you contacted us to try to help you correct any problems you are experiencing.

Please Note: If you purchased an access card online or through a bookstore or received an access card along with your book but used your own credit card instead of the access card you will not qualify for a refund. Testing

Our EMSCAT/Adaptive Testing program is designed to allow the student to experience a test similar to the National Registry or other adaptive testing experiences. It is not designed to be a tutorial in nature and it does not provide answers or even indications of which questions are missed. It does indicate on which learning objectives the student is strong and/or weak in. We do not issue refunds for students who are dissatisfied with the level of feedback from the EMSCAT/Adaptive Testing experience.
